4x4 Cosworth Sequential 6 speed gearbox conversion |
| 6 speed Sequential dog engagement gearbox conversion for Cosworth 4x4 models. This gearbox is originally intended for use in high power Nissan Skyline models but with the aid of our specially cast belhousing it will bolt directly onto the Cosworth YB. Several Skyline owners have used this gearbox with power levels of over 1000hp!! This is not a gear kit but a whole new gearbox which does not use any Nissan parts. Onto the rear of this we bolt the standard Skyline centre diff which allows the torque split to be adjusted in car from completely rear wheel drive to 50/50 split and anything in between. A digital gear position display comes complete with the box. Other standard Nissan Skyline R32/3 parts needed for this conversion are: centre diff, front prop (needs modification), gear lever housing, hydraulic control pumps & gearbox mounting. In addition to this new parts required are: rear propshaft, x member, centre push clutch cylinder & in car torque split controller. The conversion is available as a full kit at £9850 + vat or for those who wish to source some parts themselves we can supply the gearbox with belhousing for £6850 + vat. Gear ratios are 1st 2.99, 2nd 2.05, 3rd 1.52, 4th 1.21, 5th 1.00 6th .852 or .784 |

4x4 Cosworth Super strong gearkit |
| *New Product* Replacement straight cut gearkit for MT75 Sierra/Escort Cosworth models. As mentioned above this gearkit uses straight cut gears for maximum strength and less transmission losses but still retains synchromesh for road friendly gear changes. Straight cut gears do tend to whine but we have found these to be no noisier than some other helically cut gear kits. We have been assured the gears will withstand 600+ hp type engines and their associated torque. We have been testing this product in a 605hp 4x4 Cosworth and after several track days and a session at Santa Pod we have noted no problems so far. The price does not include building the gearkit into a gearbox, but this service is available at extra cost. A complete unit supplied all built ready to fit using a selected secondhand cwp with the following new parts: Thickwall casing, bearings & seals. All built to exacting standards. This is sold on an exhange basis and a fully refundable surcharge of £100 + vat would be charged until a suitable old unit was returned. |

Cosworth 4x4 & 2WD hyd clutch conversion |
| The original Reyland hydraulic clutch conversion. The benefits of this are a lighter clutch pedal & improved feel. It is self adjusting therefore it removes the need for the standard fit clutch ratchet, which can sometimes cause problems with uprated clutches. Suitable for single plate clutches. Please do not confuse this kit with inferior copies that other tuners are selling as their kits are a blatant copy of ours but are not in the same league when it comes to quality and future reliability. Hyd Clutch Conversion for twin plate clutches |
| Reyland centre push hydraulic clutch conversion. This conversion is designed to be used in conjunction with multi plate clutches which mainly require a curved faced clutch bearing. It has the same benefits as our side push version but also features an adjustable initial set up height for either twin or triple plate clutches. The clutch slave cylinder mounts inside the centre of the bellhousing and due to not using a release fork gives more clearance between gearbox and tunnel.Please do not confuse this kit with inferior copies that other tuners are selling as their kits are a blatant copy of ours but are not in the same league when it comes to quality and future reliability.
