Reyland Motorsport can build/rebuild Cosworth YB engines to ANY specification - standard, mild, and wild! - and would be happy to quote each person for their specific requirements. E.g. 605hp engine can be produced for less than most other tuners charge for a 520hp t4 8 inj unit.

This conversion enables the use of an external wastegate on any 2wd or 4wd Cosworth. It is based around a standard 2wd Cosworth exhaust manifold which can be supplied at extra cost if required. The new manifolds is available in two flange designs which are designed for use with either a Turbosmart Progate 45 or Tial sport 46mm wastegate both of which can be supplied at extra cost. However other flanges can be maufactured to allow any other external wastegate to be used. The intermediate manifold piece is supplied on an exchange basis, and there is a £50 surcharge which is refundable, once the customer returns their old intermediate piece of the manifold in *a servicable condition*.

Reyland centre push hydraulic clutch conversion. This conversion is designed to be used in conjunction with multi plate clutches which mainly require a curved faced clutch bearing. It has the same benefits as our side push version but also features an adjustable initial set up height for either twin or triple plate clutches. The clutch slave cylinder mounts inside the centre of the bellhousing and due to not using a release fork gives more clearance between gearbox and tunnel.Please do not confuse this kit with inferior copies that other tuners are selling as their kits are a blatant copy of ours but are not in the same league when it comes to quality and future reliability. The Turbosmart 45mm high flow external wastegate is suitable for extreme power levels. It comes with flanges, clamps, springs and is finished in anodised blue. This is the wastegate of choice for our Cosworth external wastegate conversion which is made complete with the the Reyland custom 2wd manifold & GT30/GT35 turbo.
