This car is jointly owned/used & abused by Lee (Porkie) and Dan, the Editor of REDLINE magazine. The car now features a newly built and mapped engine, featuring a new trick turbo. The results of the mapping session, performed at SCS by Harvey Gibbs and engine mapping guru Ahmed Bayjoo, can be seen in the March edition of REDLINE magazine (see mag features).
The car has more recently undergone re-mapping @ Motorsport Developments.
The car will be performing at several track events throughout the year,

Spec
Engine:
Reyland built engine producing 428.5bhp. WRC long studded 200 block,
low
compression Cosworth pistons, modified head and cams. Turbo Dynamics
MD240 turbo. 4x4 exhaust manifold, Mongoose exhaust, GGR air filter,
Samco water and boost hoses. external oil cooler. Pace alloy radiator,
modified RS500 intercooler, Aquamist water injection, level 8 management
with Pectel loom, air injectors. Mapped by Ahmed on SCS' dyno.
NB: Recently remapped by MotorSport Developments
Transmission: Quaife 'big tooth' 4x4 gear box, quick shift. Reyland hydraulic clutch conversion. AP Racing/Alcon paddle clutch.
Brakes:
Front brakes are now AP Racing watercooled 6 pots with 356mm
discs.AP Racing four pots on the back with 315mm discs. Rally Design hydraulic
hand brake. AP Racing bias adjuster.
Suspension: adjustable Leda coilovers with remote gas canisters, poly bushes
Wheels and tyres: Road: 8x18in Compo MOs with 225/40x18 Avon rubber | Track: 8x17in Ears with 210/620x17 Avon slicks.
Exterior: Replica RS500 front bumper and boot spoilers. Poly rear windows. Heavily modified arches to make room for the 18in tyres. Reyland paint scheme, Sign of the Times UK graphics
Interior: Extensive welded in roll cage picking up on all suspension points. Stack SR700 Tach Timer, Elliot boost gauge, Full set of SPAs monitoring engine water temp, oil temp, oil pressure, EGT, back pressure, fuel pressure and ACT before and after intercooler. Cobra Technology Evolution seats, Momo helmet net, Mountney steering wheel with Snap Off boss, Sparco 5-point belts, OMP plumbed in extinguisher, Sparco profi intercom as well.
